Compared to Hötorgshallen and Östermalms Saluhall, Söderhallarna is not so much an indoor food market as a shopping mall that includes food stores. There are food shops downstairs, too, including Chinese grocery store Asien Livs. Stores upstairs include The English Shop and a branch of Indiska Magasinet, an Asia-inspired boutique-cum-homeware store chain.

By the way, you can reach Söderhallarna by a 5-minute walk from Stockholm Södra station via park (follow Fatbursgatan to the east and go straight once you enter the park).
