As far as I'm aware, the best source of information in English on what's on in the nightclub scene is Totally Stockholm.
I personally recommend Slakhuset, near Globen. Housed in a former slaughter house, it offers a proper vibe that can be found in London and Berlin. Log on to their Facebook page to keep updated.
