The Phone House is a mobile phone seller chain. Its branches are everywhere in the city such as inside Gallerian and at Kungsgatan 29 (just outside Sturplan). At any of these branches, you can obtain a free booklet that contains a comparison chart for different handsets and different price plans (in Swedish, though). If you have lived in the UK, think of Carphone Warehouse. It seems to be the same company.
To see where a branch is, visit their website and click BUTIKER. Find a pull-down menu named "Välj ort" and select Stockholm. Then the pull-down menu to the immediate right shows the addresses of all the branches in Stockholm.
